Found http://www.juggling.org/help/faqs/glossary.html today Ducksearching. Led me to pop in and say hi. I miss USENET. I see lots of spam here. I taught myself basic juggling as a teenager. Fond memories practicing in my bedroom in the 70's (I'm an old Gen-X'er.) Using https://www.wikihow.com/Juggle to get back into it.

Inspired by neuroplasticity aka n13y #6.
1. Brain food: walnuts, blueberries, avocado; vitamin D & magnesium
2. 20-minute nap
3. “Close the day” ritual
4. Learn one new word every day
5. Use the “wrong” hand: non-dominant hand exercises; even better: balance on one leg
6. Literally juggle 3 objects
7. Play chess
8. Do mnemonic drills
9. group meditation
